The road to DC – transition to a new pension
The Dutch pension system reform is bringing new demands on pension providers, forcing them to overhaul their administration. The legal frameworks of the new system will take shape this year and pension funds are busy preparing for the switch, with an ambitious effective date of January 1, 2023. But many rules are still uncertain. How will the sector get this job done?

Peter Roos is International Business Development Executive at Lumera. He has responsibility for bringing the Lumera core system to Europe through clients and partners. He previously has held several leading positions in the Swedish life and Pensions market. He has a strong background in business development of pension schemes and has also been Sales Director for the second largest intermediary firm in Sweden. Peter earned a Master of Business from Uppsala University.
