Itello is pleased to announce that Mike Telfer has been appointed as the new Head of Sales for Itello.
Mike will be responsible for managing the sales efforts of the sales department and developing sales strategies that supports Itello’s international expansion. He will play a vital role by leading and managing sales activities, identify new market opportunities and define the actions required to generate growth in both existing as well as new international markets. Furthermore, Mike will motivate our sales team to meet sales goals and ensure that we provide exceptional customer service to potential customers.
Mike has been working in the software industry for more than 30 years. He started out as a Programmer then moved into Systems Analysis work before making a great career in Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Itello, Mike was Vice President for Sales at SG Digital where he headed up the Commercial Account Management Team in Europe. With his international profile and broad background, Mike is a great contribution to the Itello team and an important part of envisioning the future for Itello.
As new Head of Sales, Mike will join Itello’s Management team.
Mike is an experienced software executive having worked for decades in a variety of roles with primary focus on commercial leadership covering new business sales and account development and account management.
