On March 17, Lumera will attend the Pensioen Pro conference in Amsterdam to present our tech foundation and discuss how to succeed in a smooth transition to The New Pension Contract.
The Dutch pension system is headed for major reform as the new Pension Contract will be implemented over a five-year period, starting in 2023. This involves the second pillar of the Dutch pensions system (supplementary, work-related pension schemes) which is reorganized from Defined Benefit (DB) to Defined Contribution (DC) plans. The transition will affect how Dutch life and pension providers organize their administration and related work processes, as well as their communication with participants.

With 20 years of experience within the IT and insurtech industry, he has a broad and holistic understanding of the insurance landscape, both from a market and technology perspective.
